Wood length is just over 9 inches, just under 6 inches wide, and approximately 3/4 of inch thick.
To remove hardware, take screw out of handle flip handle down to release tension allowing arm to slide out freeing wire. Clean wire washing by hand. Wood care is just like a cutting board wash/wipe clean dry immediately. When needed refinish with food grade mineral oil.
